Rates

The monthly rate is $850 plus electricity. The first 200 kWh of electricity is included in the monthly rate. Usage over 200 kWh is charged at cost.

We are flexible and can make other arrangements to suit your needs. Talk to us about shorter term rates!

Site Features

  • Each of the 48 sites has power, water, and sewer. Sites are 6 m by 16 m gravel pads surrounded by a lawn area. Large vehicle parking can be accommodated.
  • Most sites have a 30 Amp 120 Volt receptacle. Some sites have a 50 Amp 240 Volt receptacle.. In addition, all sites have a 15 Amp 120 Volt receptacle.
  • Laundromat on site. Washrooms with coin showers available.
  • Trails into the forest are accessible to pedestrians and bicyclists.
  • Gregoire Lake is nearby. Please feel free to bring your boats, quads, snowmobiles, etc.
